Here at Trexler Middle School, we offer Football, Softball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Wrestling, Boys and Girls Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Track and Field, and Cheerleading. 

• All Trexler athletic tryouts and practices are closed to spectators.

• • Students must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to participate in tryouts:

    · Have a current physical on file by the day of tryouts.

    · Have a completed eligibility and parent permission packet on file with the school.

    · Must meet academic requirements. 

    · Must meet attendance requirements.

    · Parent and Student must attend the Required Parent Athletic Meeting that reviews MRSA and Concussion protocol prior to tryouts. 

At Trexler Middle School, our athletic program is dedicated to fostering excellence, integrity, and personal growth in all of our student-athletes. We proudly offer sports opportunities to both 7th and 8th grade eligible students, providing them with a platform to develop teamwork, discipline, and school pride.

Our mission is to hold our student-athletes to the highest standards — not only in competition, but also in the classroom and throughout the community. We believe that representing Trexler is both a privilege and a responsibility. As such, we expect our athletes to embody leadership, sportsmanship, and academic commitment in all they do.

Through a culture of hard work, accountability, and respect, Trexler Athletics strives to build champions on the field and, more importantly, strong, respectful individuals off the field.
