Infinite Campus Parent Portal
Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, all North Carolina public schools are transitioning to a new student information system, NCSIS powered by Infinite Campus. The new NCSIS provides additional features to help parents monitor their child’s educational progress and a mobile-friendly experience that makes it easier to see everything on the go. This new system will replace PowerSchool as parent's one-stop-shop for grades and other important school information. Prior to the beginning of school, parents will receive more information from their child’s school with instructions for creating an account and accessing the new parent portal.
NCSIS Campus Parent Account Information
North Carolina public schools are switching to NCSIS powered by Infinite Campus. This system lets parents track their child’s grades, attendance, and assignments in real time from their phone or computer.
To get started, parents will need to create a Campus Parent account. On Thursday, August 21, OCS parents should have received an email from Infinite Campus with a subject line that included instructions and a unique link to set up their account.
Emails were sent to the address our schools had on file. If you are a parents, and did not receive this message, please check to see that it was not moved to your junk folder or contact your child’s school to make sure the email address they have on file is correct.
Once you receive the email, parents just need to click on the unique link, and follow the prompts to create their Campus Parent account.
OCS is excited to offer this easy-to-use, one-stop-shop for your child’s educational information. If you have any questions, check back for more support resources, or feel free to reach out to your child's school.
